1. GO TO THE LOO regularly!
Why? To flush all the toxic waste in our body. Accumulated toxins are one of the reasons for ineffective weight loss.
2. NEVER EAT while watching TV or reading!
Cause overeating. Err, is eating while watching movie included?...I love popcorn!
3. NO SUPPER after 8pm!
If you're really hungry, get a glass of milk or fruits. Ok, ok supper at Hartamas every weekend would be an exception. Yeay!
4. DON'T OVEREAT when you're stress or depressed!
Have you seen Kung Fu Panda, Po the Panda loves to eat when he is sad. Look what has turned him into - a big fat cute Panda with bulging tummies!
5. DON'T STARVE yourself!
I know I can't. I'll be like a Zombie!
6. Lots of PLAIN WATER!
Even if you're drinking at mamak or any restaurant-to reduce calories and sugar intakes.
7. EXERCISE!
Even if you're a lazy bum or have no time to do exercise like me:), try doing at least bits of it. Like park your car a bit far from the shopping mall entrance, use the stairs instead of lift (only if it's 5-storey building!), walk instead of drive for short distances (with the fuel price hike, we seriously should consider walking now!)
8. EAT HEALTHILY!
NO fried foods. Please let me eat chicken crispers...!Steamed or boiled foods are GOOD. I know, Yucks:(

yeaaa..how painful to look beautifull..i must agree wif u darl.huhu..there goes my nasi lemak..
tapi bkn ke nasi lemak itu dikukus n i'll choose hard boiled egg to replace the ayam goreng.i'll do all the tips n tricks n everythg u suggest but plss..i dun want to b separated frm my nasi lemak..n popcorn (thanks lyana).
Nasi Lemak got santan la! ok la, a lil bit will do but not every nite ok..name pun nasi LEMAK!
the bad news it, you broke two rules tonite;
1. by eating after 8pm and it is not even hartamas night darling.
2. by visiting the loo only once for the whole 4 hours.
and the good news is, you followed four rules! yeay!
1. by not starving yourself.
2. by drinking plain water.
3. by exercising. jauh ok we parked our car!
4. by eating healthily. assam laksa tu tak oily kan babe?
good tips by the way. lets make this a habit and i am sure you'll look gorgeously healthy on your wedding day!
